We will meet to discuss the current state vs future state you are seeking; identify how we can assist and then provide a project proposal that includes scope of work and project cost.

Our experience shows that part of your success is making sure their is alignment and support at the top.
We typically work direct with the business owner(s) or their assigned leadership team.
If this does not define the scope of your role, we kindly request that the owner (or assigned delegate) be present for the initial exploratory meeting.

Assuming alignment of your needs and our services, you can expect:
EXPLORATORY MEET & GREET
An initial (complimentary) meet and greet, approximately 30-min, for initial understanding of the scope of services you are seeking.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT & PROPOSAL
We then submit an initial custom-to-fit project proposal including scope of work and pricing. Every project / client need looks different. This will be tailored to you including, but not limited to:definition of further assessments
frequency of direct interface with you / your assigned team
duration of project service
etc.
ENGAGEMENT LETTER
A formal engagement letter will be submitted to kick off the process.
While we will always keep your privacy top of mind, we do suggest our clients provide KL Advisors a Non-Disclosure Agreement to keep things formal. We are happy to provide a mutually beneficial template for your consideration.Because we are invested in your success, part of our process is an analysis of your needs and alignment of our services.
